Currently we cannot offer refunds for unused funds on your card. For your convenience, you may use the card at either one of our locations in Kokomo.

If you registered your card, you can simply follow the prompts on one of our VAC's(Value Add Centers) and replace your card for a small fee. If you did not register your card, we will be unable to replace the card. Please feel free to contact our office @ 765-455-1400 to check for any found cards or other questions.

No. The card contains an antenna and an electronic chip inside, so punching a hole could break the card. We recommend using a transparent card sleeve instead.
