YES! Each Value Add Center takes cash, credit, debit and EBT.

Can I use my debit card?

Yes, We accept alll major debit, credit, and EBT cards.

Can I use my mobile device to pay?

Yes, you may either pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I get a refund for unused funds on my card?

Accepted Answer

Currently we cannot offer refunds for unused funds on your card.   For your convenience, you may use the card at either one of our locations in Kokomo.

Question 5

I lost my card, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

If you registered your card, you can simply follow the prompts on one of our VAC's(Value Add Centers) and replace your card for a small fee.   If you did not register your card, we will be unable to replace the card.

Can I punch a hole in the card?

Accepted Answer

No. The card contains an antenna and an electronic chip inside, so punching a hole could break the card.
We recommend using a transparent card sleeve instead.

Can I get a paper reciept?

Yes, choose that option when you checkout and a receipt will be printed.

Is there a minimum purchase required?

We recommend starting at an amount above $10, but there are no minimum requirements on our system.
